Meditation & pranayama teacher trainings and retreats in Varkala, India

Namasté, we are

A dedicated school for meditation & pranayama

OmUnity Meditation School was created by a community of dedicated yoga teachers to offer a serious and well-held space for practitioners who feel called to go deeper into Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga, beyond the mat, and emerged from a clear need from their students: a structured yet non-dogmatic way that explores the more subtle dimensions of meditation: grounded in timeless wisdom, yet relevant to today’s modern world. Through immersive Teacher Trainings in Meditation & Pranayama, as well as retreats that unite Yoga and Ayurveda, students are invited to deepen their personal practice, cultivate philosophical and anatomical understandings, and gain the confidence to share these teachings with others.

Teaching timeless wisdom through modern eyes.

I don’t think existence wants you to be serious.
I have not seen a serious tree. I have not seen a serious bird.
I have not seen a serious sunrise.
It seems they are all laughing in their own ways,
dancing in their own ways.
We may not understand it, but there is a subtle feeling that
the whole existence is a celebration.
