We run residential meditation teacher training programs in Varkala, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What data we collect
When you apply for a program
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country of residence
- Program and date preference
- Accommodation preference
- Anything you choose to share in the open text field
When you sign up for our newsletter
- Email address
When you visit our website
- Usage data collected through Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, browser type, approximate location). This data is anonymised and aggregated. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Who we share it with
We share your data only where necessary to operate our programs and website:
Google LLC: (Google Analytics, Gmail, Google Sheets): used for analytics and internal organisation of applications. Google may process your data in the United States. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Webflow Inc.: our website is hosted on Webflow, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Webflow stores data on servers in the United States.
PayPal: if you pay via PayPal, your payment data is handled directly by PayPal. We do not receive or store your payment details.We do not share your data with any other third parties.
How long we keep it
Application data: kept for up to 3 years after your program ends, or after your last contact with us if you did not attend
Newsletter email: kept until you unsubscribe
Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months)
Your rights
If you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data
Erasure: ask us to delete your data, where we have no legal obligation to retain it
